If there are water stains, oil stains and other conditions need to be dealt with in a timely manner.
Regular cleaning needs to be carried out respectively for the tube process and shell process: tube process cleaning mainly to deal with the tube scaling, chemical cleaning can be used, that is, the use of acid or alkali solution to dissolve the scale, can also be used for mechanical cleaning, such as nylon brushes or high-pressure water gun to remove the hard scales; shell process cleaning for the outside of the tube scaling, high-pressure water flushing to remove the shell side of the deposits, for precision or difficult to clean the structure, but also can be used for ultrasonic cleaning.
In terms of sealing maintenance, if the flange is found to be leaking, it is necessary to stop the machine to replace the temperature-resistant or corrosion-resistant gaskets (e.g. graphite gaskets); at the same time, the bolts should be inspected regularly and re-tightened according to the torque standard.
