1, Structure
A fully welded plate heat exchanger consists of two plates with a spiral channel sandwiched between them. Spiral channels are composed of interlocking plates arranged at a 45 degree angle, forming a small volume through which liquid can enter at a certain angle during high-speed rotation, thereby completing heat and mass transfer. The plates of the fully welded plate heat exchanger are made of fully welded materials without any welded joints. The multiple tube bundle design can provide higher heat exchange efficiency in a smaller footprint.

2, Working principle The working principle of a fully welded plate heat exchanger is to first flow a liquid into the heat exchanger, and transfer heat to another liquid through partial contact with the spiral channel. Then, the heat transferred liquid is discharged from the heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of heat exchange.
