It is meticulously crafted from a series of precision-engineered metal sheets, known as heat exchange plate bundles, exhibiting a distinctive ripple design framed with robust support. Integral to its innovative structure are the heat transfer plate and sealing gasket, which together form a cohesive plate bundle. Ingeniously designed corner holes are strategically located at each corner of the heat transfer plate, facilitating seamless integration. These components are meticulously arranged within a frame, securely stationed between a fixed pressing plate and a movable pressing plate, all firmly held in position with sturdy clamping bolts. This advanced configuration, combining plate and sealing gasket, significantly enhances heat transfer capabilities and operational efficiency.

The heat transfer plate and the movable clamping plate are ingeniously suspended beneath the top bearing beam, perfectly aligned and positioned by the bottom crossbeam, delivering optimal stability and performance.
