Crafted with precision, it consists of an assembly of metal sheets, known as heat exchange plate bundles, featuring a distinct ripple design and a robust frame. These heat transfer plates, paired with sealing gaskets, form a cohesive plate bundle. Ingeniously designed, the plates have corner holes at each corner to enhance functionality. The sealing gasket, along with the heat transfer plate, is adeptly positioned within a frame between the fixed and movable pressing plates, securely fastened with clamping bolts. This state-of-the-art design ensures optimal performance and durability, combining efficiency and reliability in one seamless unit.

The fluid channels are expertly sealed to guide the fluid in a systematic, alternating flow pattern through their respective channels, ensuring impeccable channel seals. The heat transfer plates, along with the movable clamping plates, are elegantly suspended beneath the top bearing beam, perfectly aligned and strategically positioned by the bottom crossbeam for maximum efficiency.
