This modern plate heat exchanger represents the pinnacle of efficiency, with its series of metal sheets meticulously designed to achieve a unique ripple pattern, all encased within a supportive frame. The synergy between the heat transfer plate and sealing gasket forms a cohesive plate bundle, enhanced by corner holes for precision alignment. When the Reynolds coefficient exceeds 10, the total heat transfer coefficient can reach an impressive range of 4000-6000W/(m²·K), effectively optimizing the cold fluid flow between plates in plate heat exchangers.
