The corrugated plate design optimises heat transfer efficiency by creating a large yet compact total heat transfer surface area — this unique structure enables rapid heat conduction between different liquids or gases.
The heat transfer area features a chevron-shaped corrugation design. When two plates are overlapped in a relative chevron pattern, it induces spiral fluid flow and generates high turbulence. This flow characteristic not only significantly improves the heat transfer coefficient and enhances heat exchange efficiency but also achieves effective self-cleaning through the turbulent flushing effect, reducing the accumulation of impurities.
Additionally, the corrugation pattern can be flexibly adjusted according to requirements (e.g., changing the corrugation angle, spacing, etc.), enabling the heat exchanger to adapt to a wide range of industrial processes. Even when handling fluids with extremely high impurity content, it maintains stable and efficient operation.

Shutdown maintenance regulations
Regularly check the appearance of the equipment for leaks, rust, and deformation, check the tightness of the connection parts and oil the rotating parts of the valve; monitor the pressure and temperature, and shut down immediately if any abnormality is found; regularly clean the surface of the equipment and repaint the peeling parts to prevent corrosion.
Regularly check whether the sealing gasket is intact and replace it according to usage (make sure the material and size are consistent, and install it flat after cleaning the sealing surface); check whether the plate is damaged and replace it in time if it is damaged. If there is no spare plate, clamp the adjacent non-reversing plate and adjust the clamping size if the operation allows; regularly add lubricating grease to the clamping nut and guide rod.
After the heating is over, if the water quality is good, it can be filled with water for maintenance. If the water quality is poor, the water needs to be drained for maintenance. When shutting down in winter, close all interface valves and drain the internal water to prevent freezing and cracking, and fill with antifreeze if necessary.
