Spiral plate heat exchanger
Spiral plate heat exchangers are generally used in the chemical industry. This equipment has two channels, which are combined by two coiled plates and a fixed distance column to form a cylindrical device. The two media flow in opposite directions in the two channels, and the cold and hot fluids pass through the flow channel in sequence. There is a partition plate in the middle to separate the fluid and exchange heat through this plate.

The working principle of a spiral plate heat exchanger is as follows:
1, Good heat transfer efficiency. Curved spiral channels and fixed distance columns are conducive to enhancing the turbulent state of the fluid. The fluid resistance in the channel is small, which can increase the design flow rate and help improve the heat transfer coefficient. For water water heat exchange, the heat transfer coefficient can reach 1.8-3.5 kilowatts per square meter per degree Celsius [kW/(m (· ºC)].
2, It has a self-cleaning effect. When the fluid in a single channel passes through the impurity deposition area in the channel, the flow rate will relatively increase, making it easy to wash away the impurities.
3, The sealing performance of the non detachable structure is good. Suitable for heat exchange of Judu, Yiran, Yibao or valuable fluids.
