Each heat transfer plate is precision-engineered with corner holes at all four corners to facilitate optimal operations. The assembly process involves the strategic installation of the sealing gasket and heat transfer plate within the frame, nestled between a fixed pressing plate and a movable counterpart, securely fastened with clamping bolts. This ensures a meticulously stable and efficient setup. The Plate Heat Exchanger represents the pinnacle of new-generation heat exchange technology, merging a fine balance of innovative design with practical functionality, manifested through its series of ripple-shaped metal sheets and encompassing frame.
