The assembly process involves the strategic installation of the sealing gasket and heat transfer plate within the frame, nestled between a fixed pressing plate and a movable counterpart, securely fastened with clamping bolts. This ensures a meticulously stable and efficient setup. The Plate Heat Exchanger represents the pinnacle of new-generation heat exchange technology, merging a fine balance of innovative design with practical functionality, manifested through its series of ripple-shaped metal sheets and encompassing frame.

Ingeniously designed to seal the fluid channels, the plate heat exchanger guides fluids to flow alternately through their respective channels. Suspension of the heat transfer plate and movable clamping plate below the top bearing beam allows for precise alignment and positioning, facilitated by the bottom crossbeam.
