Product Description

Product Description

Tube Heat Exchangers

Tube heat exchanger is a kind of industrial equipment that realises efficient heat transfer of hot and cold fluids through the tube wall, which consists of shell, tube bundle, tube plate and sealing structure. Its modular design can be accurately adapted to petrochemical, power energy, food and pharmaceutical and other harsh conditions, to meet the heating, cooling, condensing, evaporation and other process requirements, significantly reducing energy consumption and operation and maintenance costs.

· Pressure and temperature resistance: Maximum pressure 5MPa, temperature resistance 600℃.

· Highly efficient heat transfer: 50 per cent higher heat transfer coefficient

· Long life: stainless steel/titanium alloy material, corrosion resistant

 · Flexible customisation: supports individual design of tube/shell range, dimensions and interfaces.

Specification

Sealing Maintenance

In the operation monitoring process, need to focus on the temperature and pressure, record the import and export of temperature and pressure data, once found abnormalities should be promptly investigated; at the same time to do a good job of flow control, to ensure that the flow of hot and cold fluids is stable, to avoid bias flow or overloaded operation; in addition, also need to carry out leakage checks, carefully observe the flange, weld, sealing, and so on, whether there is a leakage, such as water, oil, etc. need to be dealt with in a timely manner. If there are water stains, oil stains and other conditions need to be dealt with in a timely manner.

Regular cleaning needs to be carried out respectively for the tube process and shell process: tube process cleaning mainly to deal with the tube scaling, chemical cleaning can be used, that is, the use of acid or alkali solution to dissolve the scale, can also be used for mechanical cleaning, such as nylon brushes or high-pressure water gun to remove the hard scales; shell process cleaning for the outside of the tube scaling, high-pressure water flushing to remove the shell side of the deposits, for precision or difficult to clean the structure, but also can be used for ultrasonic cleaning.

In terms of sealing maintenance, if the flange is found to be leaking, it is necessary to stop the machine to replace the temperature-resistant or corrosion-resistant gaskets (e.g. graphite gaskets); at the same time, the bolts should be inspected regularly and re-tightened according to the torque standard.
