Utilizing thin plates with a thickness ranging from 0.5-0.8mm, we significantly reduce the heat transfer resistance on the wall surface, eliminating any bypass, thereby tremendously enhancing its total heat transfer coefficient. When the Reynolds coefficient surpasses 10, the total heat transfer coefficient can astonishingly reach up to 4000-6000W/(m2 · K).
