At each of the four corners of the heat transfer plate lie meticulously designed corner holes. These components are ingeniously assembled within a frame, secured between a fixed pressing plate and a movable pressing plate, and firmly clamped together using clamping bolts. The seamless integration of plate and sealing gasket allows for an enhanced, cutting-edge performance. The plate heat exchanger is not only a testament to high-efficiency heat exchange technology but also an embodiment of precision engineering, incorporating a series of metal sheets artistically formed into heat exchange plate bundles with distinct ripple shapes, creating a resilient framework. This sophisticated composition of heat transfer plates and sealing gaskets results in a highly efficient plate bundle, featuring precisely designed corner holes at each of the four corners of the heat transfer plate.
