These sheets are expertly housed within a durable frame. The combination of the heat transfer plate and sealing gasket forms an intricately designed plate bundle, featuring strategically placed corner holes at each of the four corners of the heat transfer plate. These elements are meticulously assembled within the frame, positioned between a fixed pressing plate and a movable pressing plate, and are securely fastened with clamping bolts. This precision engineering ensures an optimal seal and alignment, facilitating unparalleled heat exchange efficiency.

The fluid channels are expertly sealed, guiding the fluid in an alternating flow to their respective channel seals. The connecting pipes are precisely aligned with the channel holes on the plates, effectively linking them to the external pipelines of the two liquids for optimal heat exchange. Suspended below the top bearing beam, the heat transfer plate and the movable clamping plate are meticulously aligned and securely positioned by the bottom crossbeam, ensuring maximum efficiency in heat transfer processes.
