Plate heat exchanger is an innovative, high-performance heat exchanger designed with a series of intricately shaped metal sheets, known as heat exchange plate bundles, all elegantly supported by a robust frame. These meticulously crafted heat transfer plates, paired with precision-engineered sealing gaskets, come together to form a unified plate bundle. Ingeniously designed corner holes in each heat transfer plate ensure seamless integration. The assembly of sealing gaskets and heat transfer plates are expertly installed within a frame, positioned perfectly between the fixed and movable pressing plates, and secured with clamping bolts. This exceptional combination of plate and sealing gasket offers unparalleled heat exchange efficiency.

The fluid channels are expertly sealed, guiding the fluids to flow alternately through their dedicated channel seals. These connecting pipes are precisely aligned with the channel holes on each plate, ensuring a flawless connection to the external pipelines of the two liquids for superior heat exchange. The heat transfer plate and movable clamping plate are elegantly suspended beneath the top bearing beam, perfectly aligned and positioned by the bottom crossbeam for optimal performance.

The corrugated design of the plate significantly boosts fluid turbulence while minimizing the thermal resistance of the fluid's liquid film. These plates form numerous strong support points to withstand medium pressure differences. With thin plates measuring just 0.5-0.8mm in thickness, the heat transfer resistance on the wall surface is remarkably reduced, with no bypass, vastly enhancing the total heat transfer coefficient. When the Reynolds coefficient exceeds 10, the total heat transfer coefficient can remarkably reach between 4000-6000W/(m2 · K). Cold fluid elegantly flows between plates in these cutting-edge plate heat exchangers.
