Heat exchanger plate assembly requirements
When the plate shows severe corrosion, cracks, or irreparable deformation, it must be replaced immediately. Before replacement, shut down the machine and disconnect the relevant connections. When removing the plate, record the order and position. When installing the new plate, ensure a good seal to prevent leakage. After replacement, conduct a comprehensive inspection and adjustment to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
When assembling the plate sections, first push the movable pressure plate to one end, clean the fixed pressure plate, the inner side of the movable pressure plate, and the pipe opening; then assemble the plate sections according to the procedure, with the first plate's side without a rubber pad facing the fixed pressure plate, and then hang all the plate sections in the order of A-B-A-B; Finally, push the movable pressure plate together, install the long bolts, and tighten them. During this process, ensure that the movable pressure plate moves parallel, and after the bolts are tightened, the length deviation of the plate overlap at adjacent bolt locations must comply with relevant standards.
