Crafted with precision, it consists of an array of meticulously designed metal sheets, known as heat exchange plate bundles, featuring a distinct ripple shape encased within a robust framework. These heat transfer plates, along with expertly engineered sealing gaskets, form a cohesive plate bundle. Ingeniously, they include corner holes strategically placed at each of the four corners of the heat transfer plate. The clever design allows the sealing gasket and heat transfer plate to be securely mounted within a frame, positioned between a fixed pressing plate and a versatile movable pressing plate, all tightly fastened with clamping bolts. This groundbreaking assembly of plate and sealing gasket is emblematic of our cutting-edge approach to heat exchanger technology.

The heat transfer plate and movable clamping plate are ingeniously suspended below a top bearing beam, perfectly aligned and positioned by a precision-engineered bottom crossbeam.
